Thank you for visiting TamaRe House! Due to the size of our inventory, items may not be available for immediate shipment. We apologize in advance for any delay in getting your items to you. Typically, print-on-demand items will be printed, bound and shipped within 3-5 business days depending on the size of the order. Any pre-stocked items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order. Electronic products such as ebooks will be delivered immediately by downloadable link.

Shipping policy
Shipping rates on our site are set based on the amount spent on items:
Up to £9.99, postage = £2.50
£10.00 - £24.99, postage = £3.00
£25.00 - £74.99, postage = £4.50
£75.00 - £149.99, postage = £7.00
£150.00 upwards, postage = £10.00

Any items being shipped outside of the continental United Kingdom or the United States will have an additional shipping fee and we ask that anyone outside of the continental U.K. or U.S. call us for a freight quote, particularly for large quantity orders.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you may return it for a full refund. We ask that you pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. If the item has been damaged in any way or previously used, a refund will not be made available to you.
